Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details before submitting your purchase.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item/size, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement if eligible.

Once your package has been scanned by the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. For any shipping issues, please reach out to the carrier directly.
